I have set up Microsoft Authenticator on my new phone and I am unable to add my college account as during the QR code scan, it says the QR code is not valid which I scanned from Microsoft support page. I had installed this authenticator app on my old phone and was able to access it then. But unable to do the same in my new phone where I have installed the authenticator app.
